Re: Whats For Supper?

Sounds good joobes, did you try growing them yourself yet? I've got a small bean plant or two in the garden with about three pods on them!! My daughter's looking forward to doing something with them.

Tonight we had Jamie's blackened BBQ pork filet with homemade baked beans and cabbage and bacon.

Tomorrow my baby back ribs are delivered and I'll have to research a good rub for them.

Re: Whats For Supper?

Tonight I'll be making something with leftover beef - probably cold beef and hot vegetables, as the weather's turned cooler here today!

Tonight was chicken tikka masala, rice and vegetable bhajis. Always popular with the family and enough for leftovers tomorrow.

Crispy skin salmon, asparagus, steamed potatoes and chargrilled corn. Just putting the fish and asparagus on

My wife picked up some asparagus from the s/market this afternoon. 250 gms (25 or so stalks) for around A$ 1.60. Is that good?
