Shin of Beef in Red Wine with Gnocchi
Saw the dish on Jamie's Chef this week and have been thinking about it since. Anyone have the recipe?
All I know is that you marinade the beef in red wine over night, and that it was a Bourdeaux...
I have the Silver Spoon so just need to be pointed to the right gnocchi and what to do after the marinading is done!
