I have loads of cook books and enjoy doing fancy food, however, I struggle with good old fashioned baking. Biscuits,scones,bread, cakes and muffins,all freshly made without additives or preservatives, any plans for a simple back to basics cookbook.Thanks

Cook with Jamie is just that sort of book, based partly on the 15 training course I believe. Have you tried it?
To be honest, I don't know that there are masses of recipes on baking, partly cos it's generally based on restaurant food. However, I'm sure you'll find loads of ideas in the Recipe Swap section of the forums.
