Re: Wood burning pizza ovens

yeh... those orchard oven wood fired ovens are great for cooking in... and they are exempted (licenced) by the government for smoke free areas, which can't be said for a lot of the cheap imports.... be wary!  mrgreen

cheep? althou? there? = spill chuckers are available quite cheap too.

either you haven't read the law (statutory instruments) at:  http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2005/20052304.htm or you're disregarding them. (other regions of the UK available at http://www.opsi.gov.uk - search for smoke control)

to have a license to import and install legitimately may not be cheep (sic) but to be covered by insurance and government legislation puts my mind at rest and presumably Jamies, Gwyneths and James Martins' too.  smile
