Cider Mop Spray
TOTAL TIME: 5 MIN
MAKES 2 1/4 CUPS
•1 cup apple juice
•1 cup water
•1/4 cup cider vinegar
directions
1.In a large, glass measuring cup, combine the apple juice, water and vinegar. Pour into a spray bottle and refrigerate.

It is used to spray on to bbq and grilled meats throughout the BBQ process. The sugar in the apple juice is mild enough not to burn, but strong enough to develop color over time. Gives a natural sweetness
