Spam and advertising on the Forums
Hi,
Thanks to our Forum members who have pointed out the spam that has been on the Forums as of late. Just a friendly reminder to anyone new coming to the site of the statement that is in the T's and C's:
"You agree not to commercially advertise your business and/or products. Any such posts will be deleted and may lead to you being banned."
The general feedback is that we have and have had quite an open and friendly Forum and it is always our intention to maintain this.
Thanks and regards
Danny

Re: Spam and advertising on the Forums
Is there a way to report or delete blog replies? I see a lot of garbage that doesn't belong there at all like messages to Jamie or forum posts. And then of course there are the 1800 v|@gra posts on that one blog, too!
Oh- just checked. I see the 'report' button on blog replies.

Ms.Kira, can you specify which blog? Maybe that would help them pinpoint the problem faster.

Re: Spam and advertising on the Forums
I was just about to give up and suggest they look in the database, but I found it. I got lucky, too, because not everyone's name takes you to their posts (for instance mine says "Ooops, page not found," when I've been posting daily for almost a month).

Ms.Kira, by the person's name is a command, 'report' and I have done that. You would think the person who created that blog would have reported it, maybe they did and the reports weren't received.

Danny
I posted some website links from Australia that struggle to get non-hybridised heirloom seeds into the market place and you obviously deleted the post .Is this really in the spirit of what Jamie Oliver has been trying to do in the past few year ?? A very small minded response I think .

Re: Spam and advertising on the Forums
I've had posts disappear, as have a few others. Maybe it was not intentional.
I, for one, would love to know more about these seeds.
