Re: Spam and advertising on the Forums
I understand the frustrations for both Jamies web guys as well as the members. I run a couple of websites with forums, in the end to stop spammers I tweaked the forum (it was a phpbb one) and when members joined they had to answer a question, something that only those who joined could associate with. It has worked 100%. Spammers can be a right handful for webbys, why a spammer takes the time to promote a load of rubbish is beyond me, but they are a modern day hindrence. I am sure the webbys here will get things sorted. Well done on the new look, total thumbs up from this kiwi.

Re: Spam and advertising on the Forums
This forum is great and I appreciate it in particular because I know how much work it must be to keep it this way.
I work for a cooking homepage myself, but asked if I would take care of the planned forum, I backed out and pointed out that we couldn't do it anyway not as good as you do.
And just in general, I want to thank Jamie Oliver for renewing and modernising the public image of cooks.

Re: Spam and advertising on the Forums
We can eat healthily, we can eat organically, but do we actually get all those essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids etc in the food that we can buy today. The answer is no we can only do our best.
Good health is achieved with the best of nutrition, that is what we are taught so are you aware of what marine phytoplankton grown organically in Canada is actually doing for mankind. You are probably totally in the dark.
Take the marine phytoplankton and add to it all the known highest antioxidants of the fruit, vegetable and spice world that is known to man and make them water soluable, suspend it all in clean water and drink just 15ml per day.
All this goodness goes straight into the bloodstream and the cellular system and we all the better for it. We can all get results one way or another from getting back to nature and recognizing where we originally came from. This changes lives and and as long as there is a digestive system being man or beast, you cannot fail to see results. Our bodies are wonderful healing machines, give our bodies what they are lacking and our bodies will then perform to the best of their ability.
