Would you have a recipe or method for this please? Do I cook the eggs in shells as I would in water? Sounds great!

Yes, I just poach them in the sauce.  I like my yolks on the runny side so you really have to look after them.

Ok, I managed to upload them to a page. All you have to do is go to the address linked below, then right click on the book links and select "save target as" and then choose where you want to put it on your computer.

I hope it works ok, it worked for me using Internet explorer, but not with firefox, go figure.
