Re: Restaurants? when was the last time you went to one?

I know Kye, gets very boring and repetative.

As I am back at my folks at the mo, my old dear thinks that I am 5 and keeps making my sandwiches, so at least I dont know what I am getting till I eat it, that makes it slightly more exciting  yawn

yikes

Most companys here do lunch vouchers, if you want them, the company pays 50% of each voucher....depending on the companys the vouchers vary from 6 - 9 (4.80-7.20) which even the smaller amount is enough to eat on.

Re: Restaurants? when was the last time you went to one?

We have never been able to afford to eat out very often but usually go somewhere for family birthdays or special occasions (not Valentines).  The great thing here is so many restaurants have BYO - bring your own alcohol - so it makes it much cheaper to eat out.  We have so many different types of restaurants, even in the suburbs, but our favourite and best value is Thai food.  For a family of 4 it costs us around $60 (approx 25 quid) to have a great meal.  If I go there on a girls' night we sometimes only spend $12 each.

roast chicken & mayo (at least thats what I think it was)

not bad, bread was a bit ropey though.

I have to fend for myself next week, could be plenty of toast being consumed  whistle
