Just stabilising the caffeine level in my bloodstream before getting ready for work. The new job is going well, I have a presentation to make soon, just need to finalise the slides and rehearse, rehearse, rehearse before the actual day.

I am having a slow slow Saturday. I had the week absolutely chocablock with things I love but that are exhausting for me: friends and sisters visiting, emergency meeting for my community group, minding young Mr 9 (isn't minecraft great!).
I survived it all really well, and even went to the op shops with my sisters and found a just wonderful black silk top with a few coloured decal like embroidery decorations.

Now I am doing nothing for two days except putting henna through my hair.

I just ran out and back inside cause I took the laundry out to dry and now it started raining out of the blue. Just my luck! Now every possible place if full of laundry.

Good thing I went running early. Although running in rain is quite nice when it is so hot.
