Wagyu Roast Beef

Hi,  I have a 1.5kg Wagyu Roast beef.  I have never cooked Wagyu Roast before, and was wondering if it was any different to cooking a normal roast beef, or if I should use different cooking techniques?  Is it better to slow roast it?

Re: Wagyu Roast Beef

Cook it the same as you would any other roast beef. It's just a piece of (expensive) cow.

Re: Wagyu Roast Beef

Thanks, my thought's as well!!  Although, I have decided to cook it in the slow cooker, as super hectic fathers day.  Can't wait to see how it turns out!

Re: Wagyu Roast Beef

Before you cook Wagyu Roast beef, you have to get great WAGYU.

Try "CUT1129".

The beef is imported from Japan.
