arrived today, it's a gypsy skirt all flowy and cottony and can't wait to get home to try it on.

I know, but when I think of Italy and you in that gypsy dress, all I can think of is the day I got to Rome and all these gypsy women piled out of a van at a train station and started going through the crowds with their hands out. Then when we got to our apartment, we saw that there was a big gypsy camp set up in a parking lot down the street from us. Gypsies were just part of my Italian experience.
