Hi everyone
I am told, that the Jamie Oliver fish seasoning I was so fond of has gone out of line. Does anybody still have some and could sell it to me? Or does anyone know, what was in that seasoning?

I never heard of a JO fish seasoning but if that helps you:
I love to put the peel of a lemon with a small handfull of coarse sea-salt and some rosemary into a mortar and bash it until a greenish-yellow sort of paste has built. It's absolutley fantastic smeared on an oiled mackerel or trout and then bbqed. (Fill the fish with some fresh herbs like parsley, basil, rosemary, coriander, dill, etc and a slice of lemon)
