PICCALILLI!!!

Hello everyone!
Can anyone help me with a piccalilli recipe that uses marrow/courgette, but doesn't use runner/green beans (they're yuk...)
I know it's normally got cauliflower and onions too, is this it veg-wise?
Also, do you have to salk the veg first or can you skip this part?
Any help appreciated!

Re: PICCALILLI!!!

Have never tasted/made it but i've seen it on table's in GB.

Here is a recipe where some of the veg can be substituted by courgettes or butternut squash, which must be really delice.

Re: PICCALILLI!!!

I know this is going "off thread", but I do like to have a "cup" of tea, made in a tea pot with leaves not bags.
