Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
Yesterday I had a two-egg omelette with crushed pumkin seeds, mushrooms and cheese! Was delicious and filled me up for hours!
Today, I had natural yoghurt, 1tbsp pumpkin seeds, handful of blueberries, a little honey and a toast with butter... ![]()

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
No I don't roast them first, I just add them to my food in the morning! If I have an omelette I'll grind them up first, but I like the texture of them with yoghurt ![]()

Sunflower seeds are good too, and my dad also has hemp seeds but I don't like the taste of them. But all seeds can be directly added to food and they are really good for you!
