Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
Yep they are.
Never tried hemp seeds.
I mix pumpkin, sesame and sunflower.
Spray them with a tiny bit of olive oil stuff, and grill them for a few minutes.
Gives them a nice nutty taste.
I usually sprinkle them on salads, but you have given me the omelette idea so will give that a try.
Cheers no1. See you later ![]()

I hope there were a few millimeters separation on the plate between the eggs and the p-nut butter
(bleah, just threw up a little bit)

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
No, I chopped up the toast and p-butter and mixed it in with the eggs. Just so my mouth would know what my stomach was experiencing.

Wow Frizz!
I had the last two slices of my bread (homemade) with vegemite on one and marmalade (homemade) on the other and a big cup of coffee.
I have had exactly the same breakfast every morning since this thread began! (just a new loaf of bread!) This isn't usual for me, but I am thinking I should write it every day to be the refrain amongst all your different verses!
