Hello all
My name i Jette, 34 and Im from DK.
My 3 year old son was recently diagnosed with atism and we are now trying a sugar, gluten and casein free diet... This obviously means a whole new way of thinking AND cooking:} and I must admit that it is quite the challenge.
Anyone got any good recipeases for corn pasta or gluten
free bread?
Thanks:}

The Tobie Puttock books have recipes for gluten free fresh pasta and also dairy free options.
There are a lot of good gluten free dry pasta available. In australia, at least, san remo has a good one.
