Yesterday i decided to create a Paella on the BBQ adding a bit of smoke, they say a picture tells a thousand words so this will be about 19,000 words long, the pics are of the whole process, if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
I used a ProQ Excel with an extra waterpan for the entire cook, smoking the rabbit and chicken first, swapping out the pan to cook the rice etc.

Hey Toby,
Have you tried pasting the photos and resizeing them on an Office powerpoint and the saving as Jpeg file?? Then you can post it on the blogs as 1 picture that contains a few small pictures with all the steps of the cooking process then we can read about the process on the blog, or even on Foodwise. Since you're new I thought I'd let you in on one of our blogging tricks.
People are more reluctant to opening each link, but do like to see the posts on the blogs.

Hi, thanks for that, I will give it a whirl, for the time being all the thumbnails can be seen here, http://www.bbbqs.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=88
I hope i am not breaking any rules, but the pictures tell the story. will keep posting and updating the blog but the pictures need to be a reasonable size.
Thanks
Toby

Hi Toby,
It was great seeing your wonderful project, thanks, great photos and nice presentation. I have linked to photobucket shots within a thread many times, there's no rule against it, the quality and detail is better in larger photos than in blog shots. IMO, looking at a tiny blog photo montage of several images isn't always more desirable than opening links to larger individual photos.

Toby, this looks great, a far better use for a bbq than my usual meat burning sesh!
Google do a free picture organising software called Picasa and its got a great feature called collage. You can select various ways of grouping photos; in a grid, contact sheet, mosaic, etc. The results can then be saved as a single jpg. Its a great way to tell a story in one or a few pics rather than loads...
