Redcurrant and Beetroot Jelly recipe - like the one Baxters sell?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a recipe to make redcurrant and beetroot jelly to copy the Baxters one at home. My Grandma loves the Baxters one, but I can't get hold of it anywhere down south (it only seems to be sold in Scotland) so does anyone know how I might make it at home?

Thanks
Caroline x

If that is the stuff it seems to be beetroot in red currant jelly. Maybe just baking the beet and adding it to some store bought red currant jelly may do the trick.

That's it! I suppose it has to be cooked beetroot in it - I wasn't sure whether it was cooked, raw or pickled! So I could make some redcurrant jelly and at the last minute before putting into jars I could stir beetroot in? Maybe grated fresh cooked beetroot?
Or just do the same with some store bought jelly!
