I would love that info Jutta, if it isn't too much trouble.

and only now have gone back to reread it. Also this one:

I think I might try it without the semolina which should be easy, and also try it according to Madamada - which should be gorgeous!

what about a kitchenaid k5 mixer with pasta attachement? this is what i bought and it make lovely pasta there are video demonstrations on youtube.. here is a good one thats worth checking out..

I use the KitchenAid pasta roller attachments and so do a few other forum members. ![]()
