and funnel cakes, candy apples and waffles. My daughter read the thread and wants to know if you can get it fried? But I would definitely try the sabayon.

Excuse me, this is not the Iowa State fair. Granted, they do sell all the fair fare at the Cal state fair but we take our wine seriously here. If you get a medal, it's definitely a feather in your cap and a price hike at your cellar.
