programm on ranges in american for chicken nuggets
i'm upset
i'm shopping for a range and to my surprise many compagny install a automatic program to cook chicken nugget.
it's insane
we have to stop that facility to cook bad greasy food

my microwave comes with a popcorn button.....and I have never used it. Simple. I just dont put micro popcorn in .....
*I pop mine on the stove top the old fashioned way. Too bad my range doesnt have a popcorn button

the microwave popcorn just doesn't taste as good as what you make on the stovetop - who knows what kind of oil they're using, and it's always too salty, not to mention whatever fake flavorings they're using. The microwave stuff isn't much quicker than the homemade either!

exactly MsP....have you ever opened up an unpoped bag? It's kinda gross. I love to pop my own....so much better...and probably a bit healthier.

ALOT healthier! The hydrogenated and/or partially hydrogenated oils in microwave popcorn plus the preservatives means that making it on the stovetop with good oil, salt, popcorn a GAJILLION times healthier. I even add some regular butter and feel like I am way ahead health-wise!
We do ours on the stovetop too. It's like a different food from the microwave stuff.
Shame about the chicken nuggets button.
