Re: Non stick pans
I have used non-stick in the past and haven't liked them at all.
My favourites are steel pans and cast iron/enameled pans
They are long lasting and easy to care for.
They all have metal handles so can go from the stove top into the oven which is great for saving time and washing up.

Hi everyone, im in the market for some new frying pans, I really like the look of the tefal Jamie oliver hard anodized pans but the reviews are putting me off somewhat. Does anyone on here have any experience of them or maybe point me in a different direction, thanks in advance
I have one & have found it very resistant to scratching etc, however as I use it for high-heat cooking it has discoloured/darkened somewhat...........a cosmetic thing though, it doesn't alter its function.
However I also use 'Greenpan' frying/saute pans & saucepans, & prefer them to anything else I have cooked with in the last 40 years. Fantastic finish, look good..............& I do terrible things to them!!!
