Smeg Barbecue Griddle
Hi,
I've got a smeg range oven - had it a few years now and love it. It comes with a flat plate for cooking on which is great - it's got like a heating element underneath it - you can lift it up to clean under it too....
i've just noticed in the manual that you can replace the flat plate for a bbq one which is open..

anyone used one like this before? wondering if i should get it - just not sure how easy cleaning it underneath and the element would be though...

Ahh, another smeg thread, i'm so happy. And yes, whenever you're dealing with smeg, cleanliness is very important. Here's a link to an older thread which you will find completely unhelpful but perhaps a little fun?
