Thanks joobes, I'm off for a 16 day course, no interruptions. I'll be as assistant and thats gonna be the last stage before becoming a trainer so I'll come back with more recipes from the 13th March onwards! ![]()

I quite like the sound of the sausages wrapped in cabbage leaves....are these skinny sausages though Sergio..because I don't think the ones I normally get would be cooked through in that time ??

First things first: you guys sure know how to cheer up someone, so a big, big thanks to you all!!!
Now, wine~o: yeah, they're like 1/2 inch thick. Over here they're called "fresh sausages" meaning they're not cured or smoked. You probably want to cook them a bit more.
I'm horrible with time and measures I just do it and keep checking.
