The chickpea curry that was waiting patiently in the freezer thawed in the fridge (thanks to my timely intervention! 
) and so at lunch time I recooked it, adding chopped tomatoes, and some peas right at the end. O it was delicious. Basmati rice to go with it.

My lunch today will be a WowButter sandwich (coworker is allergic to nuts) with a CaraCara orange and some homemade vanilla pudding. Can't wait!

Mmm.. lunch is a few hours away but it will be gf bread with leftover roast pork & salad. And maybe a handfull of grapes too just to keep up the fresh fruit intake at the moment

I made jasmine rice and poured some Malaysian oxtail soup over it and put coriander leaves, sliced chilis and fried shallot flakes on top.

I have weight watchers sausages and mash in a cider gravy!!
