I have a wedding rehearsal BBQ planned for tonight for 17 folks. I have steaks planned to be done "the butcher of Panzano style (I was there last week to get instructions first hand - room temperture meat) on my BarB. What might you suggest for a great BBQ sauce to sprinkle on after the cooking (potatoe salad and cole claw assisting the meal). Washed down by Kichesippi Blonde and Amber beers and for the light footed, a cold Rose and Pinot Griggio.

when I left it must have been 1 here and I managed to make spaghetti with a fish and prawns sauce and some fish wrapped in vine leaves and on the griddle doing everything at double speed, that's also a good exercise

your right I am not sure how everyone thought they would get a reply when he was on line for such a shrt time ... and that thread grew pages and pages in that time as well.
