What about poultry? Some will be near Thanksgiving and others in the Northern Hemisphere could perhaps do a roast or something? A curry/ braise/stew/ soup etc.
Those of us in the Southern Hemisphere could grill, bbq, make a salad etc.
Just a thought.

oh dear I havnt done the last chalange yet !
I am running behind and wont get chance to cook my pumkin for al least another 2 weeks !

I made pumpkin risotto a bit before the 1st of the month.... and then I was minding my young friend and was aware of the day going past with no possibility of a pumpkin dish. I might try to catch up with you Mummza! Two weeks!
And then I can make my poultry dish on time!

Yes Joy .. 2weeks . Busy time at the moment ! Might have to do pumpkin and duck together at this rate !!!

Yesterday was 34C so I was completely unimaginative and used the grill pan to cook a chicken breast in a citrus based marinade. Garden salad and avocado and tomato salsa on the side.
