Actually ironic, Mummza.

Made mini cakes and puds months ago for "gifting".

Haven't managed to make family cake or pud yet.

Can see me making Delia's "Last Minute Cake" (again!).it uses mincemeat (check) and lots of brandy ... hmm

That's a lovely gift Coco. Keep meaning to type up hand written recipes from my grandmother, my father (Mum was no cook), the in-laws and our family favourites and have them made into a "book" to give to my kids.

Must get more organised hmm.

Happy new year, Coco. We (my family) have a BBQ. We had it yesterday- today's the 2nd here. We'll probably have one tonight, too wink
