I decided to make a sauce I haven't done in quite some time with tomatoes, onion, celery, carrots, rosemary and homemade pancetta.

I am going to dress the pasta wih olive oil , a bit of lemon juice and zest and fresh parsley
my husband will have portion scottish salmon with his portion spagetti , I shall cook the salmon in a lightly oiled frypan ,
I might have the pasta just simply dressed wiith the lemony oil and parsley ..not sure yet !

I have fish wrapped in vine leaves on the griddle pan after spaghetti, I'm still wondering which is the best sauce to go with them

I've decided to make Thai peanut noodle salad (I make it with spaghetti noodles, so that counts, right?). 
It's too darn hot to eat hot spaghetti today. (It's currently 92 but it's supposed to get up to 97 degrees later on.)

Spaghetti - the sauce is somewhere between my arrabiata sauce & my take on puttanesca.
It was delicious - parmesan & evoo drizzled over once served.. naturally.
