That one stayed far too long in front of the oven.
That's the one that'll get you through a mid-life crisis.

Re: Assistent Food Mixer
It seems like Assistent is establishing pretty good in the UK. I found them on johnlewis.com/Search/Search.aspx?SearchTerm=assistent as well now.
Understood from assistent.nu that the machine has been on the market for a long long time and that it has a very high capacity. 5 kg dough is great compared to the 1-1,5 that Kitchenaid and Kenwood can handle.
Anyone that has tried it? Guess I have to buy a machine to make an evaluation my self.

Re: Assistent Food Mixer
You are right, it is not well known at all. That is why I was surprised to find it online at John Lewis and Divertimenti. I took a look at Lakeland and they also have it online now. Since it has qualified for all three of them I believe it must be a good product.
I'll buy one and let you know.

Re: Assistent Food Mixer
Hello, I just subscribed. Am trying to find out where to get that great chopping machine that Jamie is using. It's the one he uses for chopping up any kind of food. Want to get one of those. Is that what you are talking about here? Know where I can fine one of these?
