Re: Homemade Yoghurt - Help Please..
I wonder if I could try it in the bread oven, now we're not having a fire every day, the low temperature is about 50C, or maybe that's too hot!
It just might be worth trying ![]()

Re: Homemade Yoghurt - Help Please..
I start with a plain full fat yogurth with no sugar or fruit added, and use 2 tbsp to start my yogurth and 1 lt. full fat high quality milk, I discovered half liters confezioni are milk out of date reheated, so when making yogurth I try to choose the best I can find
good luck Britt ![]()

Well I spent ages today in the supermarket, standing looking at the various yoghurts. But I couldn't find any live yoghurt. However, there were loads of them with various probiotics in them. So I wondered is this the same thing, but just with a trendier modern name? ![]()

I would look for a Demeter marked one, or wait for The White Rabbit to explain us in English what I read about the many differences in all the yogurths on sale and their labels in an italian post googling probiotic homemade yogurth ![]()
