What television show were you watching at the time this recipe was given ?
It might be easier for someone to help you if we knew as different television shows get shown in different parts of the. World at different times.

I'm looking for a recipe that you published in The Herald Sun with lamb, rice and sour cherries all in the one pot.  I made it for my family and they loved it but I have lost the paper and I can't find the same recipe anywhere.

What country are you in and how long ago was the recipe published ?

Re: Ask me a cooking question

Hi all

Was wondering if someone could enlighten me on some alternative  to watermelon in the 15min sticky kickin chicken recipe?  Its a cracking recipe but timing here in NZ heading into winter is not good for watermelon availability and I can't think what to substitute it with.

Any help and advice gratefully appreciated

Cheers
Nick

I really love your Rhubarb and sticky stem ginger crumble recipe but wonder what other fruits could be used instead of the rhubarb but also goes with the stem ginger topping.

Peaches, pears, apricots all go well with ginger.

How do I find the "how to" video indicated in the 30 minute meals cook book on stuffed Cypriot chicken.

Re: Ask me a cooking question

Hi
Just joined
Have been married 30 yrs to a grt cook, but started doing some of the cooking recently - Sat tea time.
Been following your Daily Mail recipes.
Last weekends Thai fish dish tasted grt but looked nothing like the picture.
Not sticky at all. Too wet, like a broth.
Too much coconut milk.
I think your recipe quants are wrong, or the introduction of the caramel should be after the sauce has thickened, but I simmered the fish for 20 mins and it was no where near thickening.
I would like to do it again but get it right.
If its not the recipe, what might I have done wrong.
