Welcome to the forum, mogesembete wave

Jamie doesn't visit here very often. He's very busy. What would you like to know? Perhaps one of us can help you smile.

Re: Ask me a cooking question

Hello,
You and your team use a variety of enamelware baking trays, most recently I have seen a lovely large rectangular one, quite shallow, and white with blue trim. Can you tell me where I can find trays like that? I've been searching the internet a bit, but not having much luck.
Much love from Florida

Re: Ask me a cooking question

Hi Jamie,

I'm doing drink and canapes for 25 people in 2 weeks time! Do you have any good canape ideas and punch recipes (non alcoholic)?

Thanks
Rosie

Ps. Just wanted to say you are a legend! Your cooking is always inspiring, effortless and rustic. And you taught me to cook!

Re: Ask me a cooking question

Hi Rosie L and welcome. It would help us to help you if you could let us know where in the world you are as we come from all over the world and there are huge seasonal variations between our various countries.

Also, is it a formal or informal occasion and are there any dietary concerns?

Look forward to hearing back from you smile.

Re: Ask me a cooking question

Hi Jamie
Do you have any plans to bring out a Christmas cook book?
What about one of your little short books for Friday night feast?
I used to use short cuts & cheats for cooking,  I bought lots of things ready made.
I watched you on ministry of food, I now love cooking, I cook everything from scratch & have all your books :-)
Been to Jamies Italian in Brighton too :-)
Thank you Jamie.
