Hi Everyone,

I am a new member so forgive me if I should not be asking for recipes, but I just took out some lamb steaks from the freezer to grill tonight and wondered if anyone had any suggestions?

I would like to do something with a Moroccan tinge as my wife is a lover of couscous and all things Moroccan basically....
