Everyone feels that way. You sounded great! The recording quality was very nice. MrP assures me that you get used to hearing recordings of your own voice.
eta: You could mic it so that you're not picking up as much pot noise, otherwise though, the sound was quite clear and your voice quality was good.

Brilliant video. I love the way you only used a lick of oil on the breasts throughout the whole meal.
Didn't realise you can use Stilton in that way.......and so much you managed to get in the sauce.....it looked so good!!
