I'm still a bit lost out there
.............. and with the first sourdough mass I baked a pane con l'uva, not really spending all the time it needed with it and the result is a large brik with holes of marmellata
domani è un altro giorno

it's Barcolana day today, the weather is
the men are there and we'll be invited for lunch
I'm not sure I'll bring the brik with me

you take a little of that batter and add to 50/50 of a new mix of flour and water and let stay in a jar in the corner until it bubbles again. I shhould not smell sour after a few times you do this, throwing/discarding the dough you do not use and refreshing your yeast till it's ready

do not read it too carefully, my pane con l'uva did not want to rise after adding the grapes but it's finished, I did it like a pizza with the grapes on and a second layer to cover them

I still feel a bit lost kye as if I was looking around at those parties we are used to see on TV at the 20 flat of a skyskraper nei vecchi film americani, the new one grasps a glass from a tray and goes around with that until someone recognizes him
