The most extremely tender roast lamb in existence - with video!
I made a video the other day on how to tenderise your lamb properly: using music, a hammer, and other assorted tools.

There is a reason you can't post links, because joining a forum only to promote your own links is a little rude to be honest. So join us in a few discussions, get to know some of the members of the site and then maybe we'll take a look at your links.
Jamie Oliver makes the most amazing tender lamb, without the need of tools. This method is so easy and works so well I find no need to ever make lamb using a different method. Check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhWIrf-9_gw
