Xmas Turkey
Hi All,
I live in Australia and last Xmas my friend cooked a turkey using a Jamie recipe. Sadly she lost the recipe and I was wondering if anyone could help me. It was a turkey with cranberry and couscous stuffing and from memory the turkey was wrapped in bacon.
It was delicious. I hope someone has this recipe and can help me out.
Have a great Xmas.

Hi. A friend of mine cooked a DELICIOUS turkey breast that he got from you Jamie. He told me he had soaked dried cranberries, mixed them with died fruits, nutmeg, dried rosemary, thyme, ppeper. no salt and softened butter. After it has been in the fridge for a short time you rub it under the turkey's skin. And presto, then you bake it. But I have not found it in your recipee book Jamie. ![]()
