Talking of Spelt bread, I've never eaten it. Can it be likened to any other bread, ie taste, texture, etc? I read a site which said Spelt has lower gluten content than ordinary bread, then a gluten intolerance friend said it contains more gluten than any other.
Now I'm confused.
