the clue is in the name reggio for reggio emilla which was first called regium which in latin means royal . ![]()

I have had some nice Portuguese cheese, French, Spanish, and German. I favour U.K. cheese. But even I have to bow down to parmesan. Its versatility is also one of its strengths. Used as a seasoning, or the crowning glory on a risotto, it’s impossible to match.
