You can use a mouthwash that doesn´t have alcohol, the G.U.M products. The dentist told me to use that one, or anyone without alcohol. I remember when I used Listerine, after 30 seconds my mouth was on fire...that should be a clue....

Soy milk to mouth wash 
Soy is as previlant as peanut which some say is the problem.

Ethanol based mouth washes have been shown to increase risk of mouth cancers. Ethanol is the alcohol in wine, beer, etc and it's also something they suggest avoiding.
As mentioned, everything in moderation.
