I got a parking ticket :(
I get more of them when using a blue badge than at any other time.
It is often due to a little paper sign on a pole someplace stating the bay has been suspended.
This time it was because the pole said resident disabled only.
I just read the writing on the ground that said disabled.
Yikes 65£ or £130 if I forget to pay in 14 days.

oh dear Abdul , those parking officers in London are ruthless and very few people get let off.
But its worth a try , if you do decide to appeal that fact you parked in a disabled parking bay with the blue badge showing and still were given a parking ticket then do try to go back and take a photgraph f the disabled parking sign to add to your apeal, it might help.
good luck

Abdul, I fear you won't be heard. You got caught and that's it. The authorities did what they had to do make the disabled drivers aware. You just have to take time off and read everything, as sell as the small print.
I wish you good luck in your appeal.
