Gluten Free Variations on a good thing!

I made your fiery Dan Dan Noodles last night for the first time. I could write out my entire recipe variations for other folks who are interested, but here is the gist of it:

Use home made Chicken Stock (really adds depth and is GF)
Cook (home grown!) chard/ spinach in boiling stock for 1 minute and remove from pan.
Use Rice Pad Thai noodles (GF) which sit in stock for 3 - 4 mins, then return greens to pan to heat through.
Substitute Tamari for Soy Sauce.
I also did not have any chilli oil on hand so used 3 tbsps of GF Schezchaun Sauce and some fresh chopped red chilli.

This was a fantastic and easy dish.

Question for you: do you have a great Gluten Free vegetable burger recipe: no flour, oats or breadcrumbs please. I don't mind cooking in a pan as I know they often do not hold up on BBQ.
