madamada's kitchen

the door is open

Mummza, MsPablo, Maree it's your fault think is this another place to keep in order  wink it would not be my kitchen ........... let's start with a winter pasta sauce then

(leeks and carrots together with rosemary were the start for a risotto for supper, I made it creamy with robiola cheese and pecorino, no pics for that

I am honoured to take partial "blame" (credit, more accurately) for the opening of this fine establishment smile. I hope to dine here often.

I'm looking for my pinza  poorest recipe somewhere in foodwise or blogs ..... I'd better grasp teabags boxes and go through my real recipes archivio crossed
