I cropped the first artichokes 2014 and did not take a pic after cooking them, they taste thousand tastes and you can dip a whole loaf of bread in their dressing/sauce???? whatever you call it, I cooked them simply aith garlic lemon juice and vino bianco

broadbeans crop from my campo and a little wild fennel ............ would you match them with artichokes?????

shelled favas, grated zucchina, diced fresh pecorino to make a fusilli sauce today ....sorry no pics, it was a very very busy day to get the orto ready before a rain smile
