yes why not, I have Abruzzo evo oil I add "a crudo" at the very last moment ..... some may not like its intense flavour but I do wink  smile

lunch alone after having my daughter's family on holiday would have been too silent if I did not distract me with this mix of raw vegs: carciofo dell'orto, fave del campo, black and green olives and pecorino cheese ............ a glass of vino rosso (not all in the pic but I hope you add them with fantasia wink )

you will be proud of me Grandmadamada, I have just repotted my little seelding tomato plants into small pots with the hope that they start to develope a decent root structure soon.

a lady from Honkong told me her first thought about a dessert was "flutta flesca" fles fluit fresh fruits ...... so every time I'm tempted to transform fresh cropped or bought fruits in season I remember this and just let them in all their beauty and tastes
