Hi

I'm Kelly or Kels Bels and I live in Australia.  I only really started cooking properly in the last year or so.  Odd I know but my husband left me two years ago and he was very hard to cook for.  Now I'm on my own I've been soaking in flavours left, right and centre.  I first started watching 30 Minute Meals and now 15 Minute Meals (have the books too) and am hooked with exploring textures and tastes galore.

It would be super if one day you could do a book or series on cooking for one or "packed lunches" that you can take to work with you.  That's my biggest issue.  Not only is going out getting my lunch everyday not cost effective but not healthy either.  And as much as I'd love to take one of my 15 minute meal leftovers with me, keeping the salads fresh can be an issue.

Just a thought. 

But you're simply awesome and have definitely changed my ways on how I cook.
