spicy irish seafood buisqe

good way to use up fish and shell fish,...


sweat of salmon tails,any white fish like hake or whitting and crab meat with white wine and lemon juice.roast and skin a red pepper  add to pot with some spring onion.when soft add fish stock 1 inch above and bring to boil,grate some ginger and red pepper and chives to a paste and stir slowly.blitz together and finnish with creme fraiche. tongue  enjoy nice valentines starter if its cold where you live!!
