Microfiber cloths
At the Good Food show I bought a set of SMART microfiber cloths as well as a mop. The idea is that they only require water to do their job of cleaning pretty well anything. The mop works well on the floor too.
My problem is a bit of a silly one really. The cloths were not cheap, as a result I'm struggling to bring myself to using it like it says on the packet for everything. For example to wipe down the kitchen tops, greasy hob surfaces etc. Does anyone else have such a cloth which they use for everything and how do you keep it in good condition?
I tried their website and it wasn't really full of information on how to keep the cloths in good condition.

Hmmm.. maybe mine is too. I'll need to check the symbols on the label to see.

Re: Microfiber cloths
I bought a bunch of these on my big Dunelm spree yesterday for about a quid each - they're machine washable. And very effective

A quid each !!! Time I paid Dunelm a visit !!!
I'll not feel so precious about using those as I do with these at the moment.

Dunelm rocks. Just had to go in there again and they even sell microfibre gloves for £2.

Re: Microfiber cloths
I have the cloths and the mop cover - all of which are machine washable. I love them for my granite counters and the hardwood floors. The mop part can be used dry (to catch all the cat hair
) or wet (to clean up the spilled milk from the kids!) Very versatile!
